Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy describes how "delivery" works for Shubham Garg (Sole Proprietor), operator of the Apna Store software platform.

Apna Store is a digital service

Apna Store is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. We do not ship or deliver any physical goods. What we deliver is instant access to the platform:

  • When you register for a free account, access is granted immediately on successful signup.
  • When you upgrade to a paid plan (Pro, Business), the paid features are unlocked immediately on successful payment via Razorpay.
  • Account credentials and a confirmation email are sent to your registered email address at the time of signup or upgrade.

No physical item ships from Apna Store. There is no delivery window, no shipping fee, and no logistics partner involved in fulfilling a subscription purchase.

Physical shipping on seller storefronts

When a buyer orders a product from a seller's storefront (e.g. apnastore.app/shop/your-store), the physical delivery of that product is handled by the individual seller using their own logistics arrangements (self-delivery, local courier, Shiprocket, Delhivery, India Post, etc.).

Each seller is solely responsible for:

  • Setting shipping rates and delivery timelines.
  • Packaging the order and handing it to the chosen carrier.
  • Communicating tracking information to the customer (the seller can enter a tracking number and URL from the order detail page).
  • Resolving lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.
  • Publishing their own shipping and delivery terms on their storefront.

Apna Store does not ship, handle, store, inspect, or insure any physical goods sold on seller storefronts. We are a software provider and are not liable for any shipping issues arising from a seller's storefront.

Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime on the platform. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Unplanned outages are resolved as quickly as possible. The Service depends on third parties (Vercel, Supabase, Razorpay, Anthropic, Meta / WhatsApp) and our availability is subject to theirs.
