Apna Store is a SaaS tool operated by Shubham Garg (Sole Proprietor). We help small businesses run their own online stores. We do not sell, stock, inspect, or verify any products listed on sellers' storefronts, and we are not a party to any transaction between a seller and a buyer.

We are not liable for any fraud, misrepresentation, non-delivery, defective goods, or any other misconduct by a seller. Each seller is solely responsible for the goods and services they list, the accuracy of prices and descriptions, order fulfillment, returns, refunds, shipping, customer disputes, tax compliance, and all applicable laws (Consumer Protection Act 2019, GST Act, Legal Metrology Rules, FSSAI, etc.).

Payments made via UPI, Razorpay, or any other gateway flow directly from the buyer to the seller. Apna Store does not hold, transmit, or settle customer funds. Payment disputes, chargebacks, duplicate charges, or any mis-payment must be resolved directly between the buyer, the seller, and the respective payment provider.
